A small amount of dust or debris is completely normal. Every pair is powered on, inspected, and quality checked before it leaves us, so your Zuums may show light signs of that final test.

Zuums have an IPX6 water-resistance rating. Avoid submerging them and use appropriate caution in wet conditions.
The battery and other electrical components are manufactured inside a fire-resistant casing designed to address this concern.
Battery life can decrease slightly in low temperatures. The ideal riding temperature is 14–104°F (-10–40°C).
Zuums use lithium-ion batteries and take approximately 2 hours to charge fully.

Zuums use solid rubber tires, so you will not encounter a flat or deflated tire.
Wear a DOT-certified helmet and appropriate protective gear. Riders should be over 6 years old and weigh no more than 250 lb (113 kg). Riders age 16 or younger must ride under adult supervision.
